Due to individual state laws, we are unable to ship to MI, MS, ND, NH, or UT.
You must be 21 years of age or older to order or receive alcoholic beverages from Andis Wines. Receipt of shipments containing alcoholic beverages requires the signature of a sober adult (a person 21 years of age or older who is not intoxicated). Wines purchased from Andis Wines are not for resale and are for personal consumption only.
UPS is Andis Wine’s carrier of choice. Ground shipping is provided at current market rates. We cannot ship to a PO Box. Due to the requirement of an adult signature upon delivery, we highly recommend shipping to a business address.

Returns
We are unable to accept return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that is ordered in error. Please send an email to info@andiswines.com to arrange for the return of corked or flawed products.
Once the wine is received we will refund your credit card account for the cost of the wine less shipping and handling, or reship the order. Please contact the tasting room at (209) 245-6177 for return instructions.
No refunds will be given for wines returned to the winery due to the shipping carrier’s inability to deliver because of failure to obtain an adult signature. Most shipping carriers will make 3 delivery attempts before returning the package to the winery.
